Anyone who wants to organize a special event must obtain authorization from the owner or representative of the place(s) where the event is to take place. The authorization must be signed by the owner or his/her duly authorized representative and contain the date and place of the activity as well as what sort of activity is taking place.
This information will be requested in the form and you will be required to provide a copy of proof that the information in the form corresponds to the event in order to obtain a notice from the SIM.
Note: SIM notices are sent to borough coordinators, neighbouring cities, paramunicipal organizations or festival offices.
