You can configure Portal so that all newly added items are denoted by
the
icon. To display the icon for new items you need to include the New
Item Indicator attribute in the page region. For information
about how to include this attribute in the page region, see Changing
the attributes displayed in a region.
Notes:
You must be logged on as a page owner or an authorized user with the appropriate page or item-level privileges.
Only items for which you have View privileges display.
Navigate to a page.
Note: If you do not see the page that you want to work with, you may not have the appropriate page access privileges. See your page group administrator to gain access.
Click
beside any item.
A list of all newly created items in the page group is displayed.
You can choose to display other item attribute icons in the page
region, including the Updated Item icon
and the Item Property Sheet icon
.
