An item property sheet provides a quick
way to view an item's attributes. You can
configure Portal so that all items display the Property Sheet icon .

Notes:
You must be logged on as a page owner or an authorized user with the appropriate page or item-level privileges.
Navigate to a page.
Note: If you do not see the page that you want to work with, you may not have the appropriate page access privileges. See your page group administrator to gain access.
Click
beside any item.
The item's property sheet displays. It lists all of the item's attributes.
You can choose to display other item attribute icons in the page
region, including the New Item icon 
and the Updated Item icon 
.
