Cadleen Desir

A committed entrepreneur, Cadleen Désir has over twenty years of experience in health and education. She is the CEO and founder of Déclic, a network of professionals working in the field of inclusion of special needs children in the Greater Montréal area.

Having served several years on the board of Femmessor, and after its change of brand identity, she was appointed Chair of the Board of Evol where she will instill a human leadership nourished by collective intelligence and diversity. Advocating authentic leadership and recognized for her inclusive vision of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, she is involved in several organizations including EntreChefs PME, The YMCAs of Québec and the government's local and regional economic development advisory committee. 

She holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in educational psychology from the Université de Montréal, along with a certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University. 

A participant in the 2020 cohort of the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference, a nominee of the Excellence QC 2020 cohort and a 2011 National Assembly medalist, she supports women's and youth entrepreneurship through mentoring and humanitarian travel.
