Isabelle Ducharme is a staunch defender of the right to mobility and universal accessibility.

Affected by a spinal cord injury in 1988, she now works for the full inclusion of people with disabilities, serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Kéroul organization. Isabelle Ducharme holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management and Planning from UQAM, and sits on a number of committees, including Aéroports de Montréal, VIA Rail, Air Canada and ISO, in addition to piloting a project to facilitate access to adapted cab services. A sought-after speaker and media contributor and an accomplished communicator, she co-organized the Destination for All World Summit in 2014. This Montréal event led to the adoption of recommendations for more accessible and inclusive tourism on the international stage. Visionary and committed, Isabelle Ducharme embodies resilience, but above all, energy and a willingness to break new ground.
