CAE investing $1 billion in new innovation campus in Montréal

Aerospace company CAE with headquarter in Montréal is investing $ 800 M in innovation over the next five years.

Federal government will contribute $150 million to the project, while Québec will give 47.5 million. The money will be used for the construction of an “innovation campus” in Montréal to develop a new generation of flight simulators and new training services in the areas of aviation, defense and heathcare. As part of the plan, CAE will create 400 new jobs across the country, of which 335 in Montréal.
