Expiry notifications notify one or more recipients (users or groups) when an item in the page group is about to expire.
Note: You must be a page group administrator (with the Manage All privilege on the page group) to set up expiry notifications for the page group.
Note: Before you can set up expiry notifications for a page group, you must enable approvals and notifications for the page group.
Edit the page group properties. Click Properties next to the page group name in the Navigator.
Click the Approval tab.
    In the Recipients field in
the Expiry Notifications section, select one or more recipients
(users or groups) to notify when an item in the page group is about
    to expire. Click

    to notify a user, or

    to notify a group.
Notes:
Use a semicolon (;) as the
separator between multiple users and groups.

In the Notification Time for Recipients field, specify the amount of notice (in hours) to give the recipients before an item is to expire. The default is 48 hours.
Click OK.
This creates expiry notifications for the page group. The recipients receive notifications when items are about to expire in the page group.
Because Oracle Internet Directory (OID) can include multiple directory containers that use the same group names, the distinguished name (DN) is displayed next to any group that does not belong to the local Oracle9iAS Portal instance.
