Customizing the My Approval Status portlet

The My Approval Status portlet displays the status of all item approvals for the currently logged in user.

In the portlet, click the subject to view the item, click the status to view the approval history, and click the page name to view the page that includes the item.

Note: You must have the appropriate privileges on the page to customize the My Approval Status portlet.

To customize the My Approval Status portlet:

1. In the My Approval Status portlet header, click Customize.

2. In the Display Name field, enter the name that you want to appear in the portlet header. The default is My Approval Status.

3. Select whether to display the status of item approvals for one of the following:

   • A specified number of days. The default is 10 days.
     

   • A date range. The date format is DD-MON-YYYY.
     
   • A specified number of notifications.

4. Click OK.
