Specifying images for a page

A page can be included in a list of objects item. You can specify an image to use instead of the page display name in the list. You can also specify a rollover image to use when users move the mouse cursor over the page image.

NoteTo specify images for a page, you must have at least one of the following privileges:

You can specify images only for Standard, URL, and PL/SQL pages, or pages of custom types based on the Standard, URL, or PL/SQL page types.

To specify images for a page:

  1. In the Navigator, click Properties next to the page with which you want to work.

  2. Click the Optional tab.

  3. In the Image Name field, enter the path and file name of an image for the main page image.

    Tip: Click Browse to locate the image if you are not sure of its path or file name.

  4. If you want a rollover image to appear when users move their cursors over the main page image, enter the path and file name of the rollover image in the Rollover Image Name field.

    Tip: Click Browse to locate the image if you are not sure of its path or file name.

  5. Click OK to return to the Navigator.
