You can edit an existing perspective to change its properties. Not all of the available properties are set when you create a perspective. You may want to edit your perspective after creating it to specify the rest of the available properties.
You
must be a page group or Portal administrator to edit a perspective.
Access the Navigator and click Page Groups.
Click Contents next to the name of the page group that contains the perspective that you want to edit.
Note: If your perspective is shared across multiple page groups, click Contents next to Shared Objects. You must be a portal administrator or have Manage privileges to edit shared objects.
Click Perspectives. If the list of perspectives is very long, use Find to go directly to the desired perspective.
If you are editing a child perspective, click Sub-Perspectives next to the parent perspective until you see the child perspective that you want to edit.
Click Properties next to the perspective that you want to edit.
Edit the perspective as desired and, when you are done, click OK.
Note: The perspective name must be unique within the page group and the Shared Objects page group. The name is used internally and for direct access URLs. The maximum length is 60 characters.
