A Login Server administrator has full administrative privileges on
the Login Server, and can:

Create and edit any Single Sign-On user account.

Configure the Login Server (for example, establish password
restrictions, and logout behavior).

Administer partner applications (applications that have delegated
authentication processing to the Login Server).

Administer external applications (Web-based applications that perform
their own user name/password authentication through HTML forms).
Within the Oracle Portal environment it is likely that the database
or portal administrator will also be a Login Server administrator. |
