categorize a page you must have at least one of the following privileges:
You can assign a category to a page to classify its contents. Users can perform searches based on categories to find content of a particular type.
To

Manage All privileges on the page group to which the page belongs
Manage privileges on the page
Manage global privileges on All Pages
You can categorize only Standard, URL, and PL/SQL pages, or pages of custom types based on the Standard, URL, or PL/SQL page types.
To categorize a page:
In the Navigator, click Properties next to the page with which you want to work.
Click the Optional tab.
In the Category list, choose the category that best describes the purpose or content of the page.
Click OK to return to the Navigator.
