Anuradha Dugal

Anuradha Dugal is Vice President of Community Initiatives at the Canadian Women's Foundation, where she has worked for over 10 years. She is responsible for pan-Canadian strategies to advance equity for women, girls and gender-diverse people from an intersectional perspective, and leads the team that focuses on grant making, knowledge mobilization, program improvement, and the initiation and building of coalitions. She was the director of a violence prevention organization for youth and, with the Fédération des femmes du Québec, helped to organize the World March of Women. She dreams of a city where housing and transportation are safe, adapted for people with disabilities and affordable for all Montrealers.
