Parcours Innovation PME Montréal

Business issues needing creative solutions

The Ville de Montréal has launched a new project in partnership with Emploi-Québec de l’Île-de-Montréal, Vidéotron service Affaires, C2 Montréal and the Association pour le développement de la recherche et de l’innovation du Québec (ADRIQ) aiming to foster innovation within SMEs on the Island of Montréal. This project is the continuation of the immersive experience in which 10 entrepreneurs took part during the 2014 edition of C2MTL. We invite you to view the enthusiastic testimonials of these entrepreneurs.
The purpose of this project is to give businesses the opportunity to participate in a structured coaching exercise, with a view to stimulating their growth. Thirty SMEs will be selected.
ADRIQ will coordinate the SME recruitment and selection process. These businesses will be selected based on the relevance of their business issue (e.g. How do I transform my brand image? How do I use digital technologies to be more effective and competitive? How do I increase creativity within my work teams?).
Project activities

  • Three major conferences (Emploi-Québec, C2Montréal, ADRIQ) on innovation and creativity
  • Three Mosaic HEC Montréal training workshops
  • Ville de Montréal review day

In addition to these activities, the various project partners will offer SMEs many free training opportunities, including ADRIQ's Croissance Innovation training and coaching program. See the appended training and activity descriptions.
An independent jury will make sure that Island of Montréal businesses are fairly represented. They will be selected based on the following eligibility criteria:

  • In business for at least two years
  • Maximum of 250 employees
  • Private for-profit entity
  • At least $1M in annual revenue
  • $500 to cover all Parcours Innovation PME Montréal activities
