Green Waste Collection
Green waste is organic waste includind dead leaves from outdoor spaces, and particularly from yards and plant beds. To contribute to the collection, you must dispose of your green waste in a stiff, reusable container: cardboard boxes, garbage cans and paper bags. Recycling containers and plastic bags are not acceptable. Containers must be placed opposite the property, alongside the street, at the same location as household waste, between 7 p.m. on the day before the pick-up and 7 a.m. on the collection day.

Important Notice to Fight Against Emerald Ash Borer
In order to fight against the infestation of the emerald ash borer, the branches of leafy (hardwood) trees must be collected separately from green waste. To dispose of these branches, phone 311 and your branches will be picked up in the next few days. Branches of evergreen (softwood) trees must be disposed of at Écocentre LaSalle.
