Description Although the traces the First Nations left are not obvious today in the city, archeological sites, public squares, buildings and monuments in Old Montral are a testament to the presence and role of the First Nations through the citys history and their present-day life in Montral and the area.
  • Three options are available:
    1. A tour of the CHM permanent exhibition from the perspective of First Nations history. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
    2. A two-part tour: a tour of the permanent exhibition and an outdoor tour. Duration: 2 hours (each part lasts one hour).
    3. A two-part tour like option 2, but the outdoor tour is led by a Native guide or an archaeologist, depending on your interest. Duration: 2 hours (each part lasts 1 hour).
