Professional practice
An office is allowed in a residential building if the tenant or owner is a member of a professional corporation. The number of people allowed to work in a residential building is limited to one employee in addition to the professional. The purpose of these restrictions is to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.
1. Download the form, read it carefully and fill it out.
2. Bring this form, along with a copy of the company's corporate declaration or certificate of incorporation as well as a cheque for the amount indicated on the form (made payable to Ville de Montréal – Saint-Laurent), to the following location:
