Hazardous household waste collection

Throughout the year, HHW and electronic trash can be dropped off at one of the Ville de Montréal ecocentres. Ecocentres are venues where, in order to fostering sorting at the source, Montrealers are able to dispose of their large trash items whenever it is convenient for them. It increases the potential of repurposing recyclable or compostable materials and enables a large variety of items to be repurposed. Most of the items dropped off at the ecocentres are in fact repurposed.
