Types of animals allowed
Permitted animals are dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs and caged birds.
It is, however, forbidden to keep more than three rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs or cats or more than two dogs per property or dwelling.
Kittens born to one of the three authorized cats may be kept for a period not to exceed six months.
Prohibited animals
The following animals are considered a nuisance and may not be kept or raised: poultry, fur animals, pigeons, bees, cattle, horses, and all wild or undomesticated animals.
The following dog breeds are also prohibited: bull terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, American bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier and pit bull.
