Interactive map for projects that have been granted an exemption

This interactive map is intended to provide basic information on projects that have been granted an exemption. It is designed mainly for urban planning and architecture professionals, to allow them to obtain information on the location and the nature of the exemption in question, with just a few clicks.

Projects approved before 2002 are identified, but their by-laws are not available here. If you would like any further information, please contact the office of the borough Clerk.

Since it is impossible to provide all the urban planning rules applicable to a property on the interactive map, it is best for residents and developers to come to the borough permit counter to obtain all the information they need for project planning. Note also that the map below is for information purposes only. The official maps are available for consultation at the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce permit office, on the 8th floor of 5160, boulevard Décarie. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., and on Wednesdays from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

It is suggested to show up to the office at least one hour before closing.
