Montrealer’s Blood Drive

Montrealers are invited to take part in the next blood drive to be held Friday, October 13, 2017, at Centre Pierre-Charbonneau. This event is held in cooperation with Héma-Québec.

In Québec, there is a need for blood every 80 seconds. On Friday, October 13, roll up your sleeve and help save lives.

Since parking at Centre Pierre-Charbonneau is limited, we recommend you use public or active transportation. BIXI Stations and bike racks are available.


Who can give blood?
Any person in good health, weighing more than 110 pounds (56 kg), aged 18 years and over and meeting the eligibility criteria can give blood every 56 days, six times a year.

Required documents
Anyone who wants to donate blood must show a piece of ID with their name and signature or photo. The signed donor card of the Red Cross or Héma-Québec is accepted.
