Planning a tour

The following information is for tour operators, travel agencies, group organizers, etc., who would like to plan their clients’ tour of Montreal's Space for Life.

Customized tours

Visitors stop by the autoguide rental counterThe Space for Life offer a wide-ranging and extremely diverse schedule of activities sure to please your clients. Whether you’re bringing student groups, families, senior citizens or other groups on educational or cultural field trips, we can offer them an exciting and rewarding tour adapted to their specific needs. Contact our Reservation Department for recommendations regarding activities for your clients.

Length of the visit:

Biodôme: About 1 hour
Botanical Garden: From 1 to 4 hours
Insectarium: About 1 hour
Planetarium: Closed. The Planetarium Rio Tinto Alcan will open its doors in 2013.

Montréal Tower at the Olympic Park: 30 minutes

If you choose a package, the approximate length of your tour will be as follows:

Nature Package (Biodôme, Botanical Garden and Insectarium): About 3 hours
Biodôme/Montréal Tower Package: About 1.5 hours
Botanical Garden – Insectarium/Montréal Tower Package: About 3 hours

Your itinerary

MapThe Insectarium and Botanical Garden are located on the same site (one ticket = admission to both). Be sure to plan enough time to get the most out of your visit to these two large institutions.

The trip from the Insectarium to the Biodôme will take you five minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

The Olympic Park’s Montréal Tower is close to the Biodôme.
