To get information, make a municipal service request or file a complaint, 365 days a year:

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To let us know about a problem that requires a rapid response from the public works or maintenance departments (outages, breakages, etc.) 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
