The Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles was established on June 3, 2003, following the Sommet de Montréal. The principle behind a “Quartier des spectacles,” or performance district, grew from a need expressed by the ADISQ during this summit. The Partenariat is a non-profit organization that unites stakeholders from different sectors who are active in that city district.
