Data Verification Request - Parking Lot Tax

This form is used by the owners of non-residential buildings located in the two sectors where the parking lot tax is levied.

Calculation form

This form is provided as a guideline and used by the owners of non-residential buildings to determine the amount charged in addition to taxes determined according to the basic rate.


Notice concerning occupancy

Form for owners of non-residential buildings. When an immovable in one of the former municipalities of Anjou, Côte-Saint-Luc, Montréal, Montréal-Nord, Montréal-Ouest, Mont-Royal, Outremont, Pierrefonds, Senneville and Saint-Léonard, becomes or ceases to be a business establishment or when it changes occupant, the owner of the immovable must, within 30 days, give written notice to the Service des finances.
