Word from the mayor

Houses on Saint-Joseph Welcome to Lachine’s Web site. It contains all the information you need to keep abreast of municipal issues, as well as information on the many activities and services offered by the borough.

If you aren’t familiar with Lachine, whether you visit to explore our history or to take a ride on our bike paths, you’ll want more than just a virtual tour. I invite you to come discover Montréal’s best-kept secret: Lachine’s remarkably vibrant culture and rich heritage, including its museums and concert hall, the Vieille brasserie (old brewery), and the heritage buildings lining the Lachine Canal and Lac St-Louis. Come find out what we’re all about.
