The Master Plan presents a planning and development vision for the city, as well as measures for implementing the goals and objectives resulting from that vision. The Master Plan (by-law 04-047) was adopted by City Council on November 23, 2004 and came into force on December 10, 2004.
The Web site includes a complete and updated version of Master Plan. The analyses, studies and other preparatory documents used in developing the Master Plan are also available at this site.
The implementation progress of Montréal's Master Plan is the object of a report which includes a set of indicators. This report and these indicators, updated frequently, are available in Related Documents section.
