Within its program to redevelop old-looking parks and set up new ones, the
Borough has made plans for a new park in 2011-2012 in the area where
the pier (formerly called quai de La Tortue) is located in the
Desmarchais-Crawford neighbourhood. This project was presented to local
residents at a consultation meeting that was held on January 26, 2011. Another
information meeting on this topic has been held on Tuesday, October 11,
2011.
