Three females-half-trees, half jack-of-all trade fairies-celebrate the passage of time and the bonds that are forged in the process. Sensations for each season, daily life with its small losses and great discoveries are at the heart of this show quilted by poetic scenes, songs and nursery rhytmes.

Somewhere in Japan, a mother and child must cross the snowcovered mountains to reach the village. Three stories of patience, love and perseverance, as told by the mother, will inspire courage and guide the child when facing his fears. Actors, puppets, shadows and objects recreate this journey.
