Municipal Parking Lots
Do you plan to use a city parking lot on a regular basis? Have you thought of
obtaining a monthly permit?
Eligibility
All users of the borough’s public parking lots, including residents,
non-residents, office workers and employees of neighbouring businesses.

Rules
- The permit must be inserted in the pouch, which must be affixed to the
lower left corner of the windshield (on the driver's side) and be fully
visible through the vehicle windshield;
- Observe temporary parking signs at all times;
- Only park your vehicle in the lot covered by the permit;
- Renewal of the permit must be carried out no later than the first day of
each month.
Rates: $75 per month (including tax) or
$225 for a three-month period. Permit is non-transferable and
non-refundable.
* With credit card pre-authorized payment parking permits will automatically
be renewed by mail and permit holders will therefore no longer have to come to
Bureau Accès Verdun and renew their permits every month or every three months.
Permits can be purchased for multiple consecutive months.
