Commercial Occupancy - Public Property Occupancy Permit
If you plan to temporarily obstruct the street, the lanes or the sidewalks
for work, events, shows, sports competitions, to place a container, to erect
scaffolding or merely for a move, you must obtain a public property
occupancy permit.
Please contact the Borough if there are fees that may be applied or
not.
Procedure
All documents must be mailed or delivered to:

Required documents and information
You must provide:
- Your contact information
- The site to be used (provide a plan or sketch)
- The type of request (construction, film shoot, other)
- Duration of the event
Fees
Vary by category of activity, by duration of activity and by type of
occupancy, as well as the amount of public property used. The permit will be
issued to you immediately.
