From parking permits and construction permits to dog tags, this section
contains a list of the main permits and licenses needed for domestic and
commercial activities. Although many activities do not require a permit, they
may be subject to certain regulations.

pool
- Placing and using a dumpster
on private property
- Building an average-sized shed
or garden house
- Replacing the surface of a wall or ceiling
- Repairing the surface of an outer wall using the
same materials, with normal maintenance
- Replacing an asphalt roof or replacing asphalt tiles
- Painting, staining or varnishing a main or accessory structure
- Installing, repairing or replacing the building's internal
electrical system
- Installing a permanent heat
pump or air conditioner
