Permits and certificates

Radio-TV Antenna

No permit is required to install a radio or television antenna. However, the installation must comply with provisions of the zoning by-law.

Installation rules

• The antenna must be placed on the back portion of the building's main roof.
• The antenna must be erected on an appropriate support structure, which must have the strength to withstand wind and bad weather.
• The antenna may be no more than 5 m in height.
• Only one antenna for the reception of radio or television signals is permitted per business or residential structure.
