Notification of Equipment Malfunctions

Whether the problem is a broken or defective street light, traffic light or other urban equipment, the sooner a resident sounds the alert, the sooner it will be repaired.

Procedure

• Contact the Accès Verdun office at 3-1-1
• Give your name, address and home and office phone numbers.
• Advise the employee as precisely as possible of where the malfunctioning equipment is located (street intersection, street address, whether to the north, east, south or west, etc.).
• Describe the type of problem (intermittent lighting, right light broken, fountain not working, etc.).

Maintenance crews try to replace or repair equipment promptly. A repair or restoration of service may, however, be delayed by a special situation.
