You need a fire report for your Insurance Company?

To obtain a copy of a general response report (fire report), please send a letter, taking care to mention:

  1. the date of the incident
  2. the address where the fire occurred
  3. enclose a cheque or money order of $12.50 per request, made payable to Ville de Montréal.
  4. enter your name and return address.
