Commission des travaux publics, de la circulation et de la sécurité
publique
This committee is responsible for:
- conducting studies and reporting to Council on all matters relating to
public works, including ongoing upgrading of the water supply, sewage and
other systems as well as traffic in the Borough
- conducting studies and reporting to Council on all matters relating to
police and fire services, school crossing guards, anti-graffiti efforts and
development of Verdunites' feeling of safety and security in the
Borough
- taking into consideration all of Council's requests for studies or reports
on specific topics related to the committee's mandate
The Commission des travaux publics, de la circulation et de la sécurité
publique (the public works, traffic and public safety and security
committee) is chaired by Borough Councillor André Savard, whose term of office
runs for two years. en
