The Maison de la Pointe is available from mid-May to mid-October.
Directions
By car:
Take Autoroute 40 westbound and take exit 49
(Chemin Sainte-Marie). Follow the directions on the blue road signs to the beach
(sign marked “Accueil”) until you reach the entrance to the park, then follow
the directions in the nature park to “Maison de la Pointe”.
Public transit:
From the Côte-Vertu metro station, take
bus 64 to the Cartierville terminus, then take bus 68 to the park
entrance.
From the Henri-Bourassa metro station, take bus 69 to the terminus,
then bus 68. From there, it is a 45-minute walk to the organic farm.

Equipment
Kitchen: one stove, one microwave oven, 2 regular refrigerators with overhead
freezer, two coffee makers (one with a 35-cup capacity and the other with a
50-cup capacity), six water pitchers.
Conference room: eight or nine round tables with a diameter of five feet each
(seating capacity of eight people) + eight or nine rectangular tables measuring
three to four feet by six to eight feet each each (seating capacity of eight
people) + 50 rectangular fabric-covered chairs for indoor use + 1 working
fireplace with wood and kindling for renters’ use. There is also an electric
baseboard heating system.
Audiovisual equipment: Flip-chart, TV, projection screen, VCR (by
request).
Rental does not include: Sound system, utensils, dishes, tablecloths, serving
dishes, interior decorating or outdoor lighting.
Accessibility
The Maison de la Pointe is accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
Parking capacity
Public parking is a five-minute walk from the Maison de la Pointe. One or two
vehicles are allowed on site (caterer and event manager). No parking is reserved
for people who have rented the site.

15 or 20 green plastic chairs + 20 picnic tables for the entire outdoor site,
which overlooks the Lac des Deux-Montagnes.
Accessibility
The site is accessible to persons with reduced mobility. However, please note
that when the outdoor site only is rented, there is only one portable toilet
available, which is not handicapped accessible.
