THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, under resolution CA10 210047, Concordance By-law 1700-73 entitled: "Concordance By-law to the Master Plan modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
– Modify the limits of Zones H02-85 and H02-123; – Modify the grid of uses and standards H02-123 so as to increase the minimum and maximum floor area ratios and remove adjacent typology; – Establish the grid of uses and standards H02-134.”
THAT the assistant director-general of the Service de la mise en valeur du territoire et du patrimoine approved Concordance By-law 1700-73 on February 26, 2010, under decision DA100524005.
Interested individuals may consult Concordance By-law 1700-73 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Concordance By-law 1700-73 came into force on March 3, 2010, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
