THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, under resolution CA10 210046, Zoning By-law 1700-72 entitled: "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
– Modify the limits of Zone H02-69 so as to include Zone C02-133; – Repeal the grid of uses and standards C02-133; – Remove Zone C02-133 from areas where exemptions to provide parking spaces may apply.”
THAT the assistant director-general of the Service de la mise en valeur du territoire et du patrimoine approved Zoning By-law 1700-72 on February 26, 2010, under decision DA090524041.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-72 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.
In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-72 came into force on March 8, 2010, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
