REQUEST FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (15 PARKING SPACES INSTEAD OF 32 ON THE LOT 3 943 631, LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF BOULEVARD GAÉTAN-LABERGE AND RUE RHÉAUME)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1. allow the residential construction project on lot 3 943 631 located at the intersection of boulevard Gaétan-Laberge and rue Rhéaume with 15 parking spaces instead of 32.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 7 p.m.
