COMING INTO EFFECT OF BYLAWS NOS. 2191-LAS-9, 2098-LAS-159 AND LAS-0053
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council has adopted the following bylaws :
2191-LAS-9 Bylaw Amending Bylaw Number 2191 Concerning Peace, Order, and Good Government, Welfare in General and Nuisances.
This bylaw takes effect as of March 18, 2010.
2098-LAS-159 Bylaw amending zoning Bylaw 2098 in order to insure the concordance of the Urban Planning, and to modify certain statutory provisions for the project known as the Quartier Angrignon.
This bylaw has taken effect on March 3, 2010, the date that the certificate of conformity was delivered by the City Clerk of the Ville de Montréal.
LAS-0053 Bylaw authorizing a loan of $520,000 in order to set-up an IP phone system and an optical network and to acquire computer equipment and software.
This bylaw has been approved by the Ministre des Affaires municipales, des Régions et de l'Occupation du territoire on March 4, 2010 and takes effect as of March 18, 2010.
These bylaws may be obtained at the office of the Secrétaire d'arrondissement located at 55, avenue Dupras, LaSalle, during business hours.
