PUBLIC CONSULTATION MEETING CONCERNING DRAFT RESOLUTION NUMBER CA10 20 0163 ADOPTED IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE BYLAW CONCERNING SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION OR OCCUPANCY PROPOSALS FOR AN IMMOVABLE (LAS-0041)
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:
THAT the Council has adopted at its meeting of March 1st, 2010, a first draft resolution bearing number CA10 20 0163 to authorize the occupation of the ground floor and the basement of the building located at 9651 boulevard LaSalle for the purposes of habitation.
THAT a public consultation meeting will be held on April 6, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Borough Chamber located at 55 avenue Dupras, LaSalle. During this public meeting, the Mayor, or another member of Council, will explain the draft resolution, as well as the effects of its adoption; and will hear those persons who wish to express themselves on the subject.
THAT the purpose of this particular project is to authorize the occupation of the ground floor and the basement of the building located at 9651 boulevard LaSalle for the purposes of habitation and this, despite article 3.5.1 of the zoning bylaw of the Borough of LaSalle.
THAT the particular project is situated in Zone C07-25, as illustrated below.
THAT this draft resolution is subject to approval by referendum.
The draft resolution may be consulted at the office of the Bureau Accès LaSalle, located at 55 avenue Dupras, LaSalle, during business hours.
