PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in the borough council chamber, room 205, located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning a request for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums for the following property:
1.3729-3731-3733 rue Wellington.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.
