REQUEST FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (ALLOW A NEW CONSTRUCTION ON RUE CLAUDE - LOT 1 154 545)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following request for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.allow a new construction on rue Claude (lot 1 154 545), with a 27.43-metre lot depth instead of the required 35 metres.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said request may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 7 p.m.
