REQUESTS FOR AN EXEMPTION TO THE BAN TO TRANSFORM AN IMMOVABLE INTO CONDOMINIUMS (4457 TO 4459 RUE WELLINGTON, 249 TO 259 RUE WILLIBRORD, AND 3265 TO 3267 RUE WELLINGTON)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in the borough council chamber, room 205, located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning these requests for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums for the following properties:
1.4457 to 4459 rue Wellington and 249 to 259 rue Willibrord;
2.3265 to 3267 rue Wellington.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.
