PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council adopted at a special meeting held on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., the following by-laws:
By-law RCA09 210004
By-law on the service tax for the 2010 fiscal year.
By-law RCA09 210005
By-law imposing fees (fiscal year 2010).
By-law RCA09 210006
By-law establishing the Planning Advisory Committee.
By-law RCA09 210007
By-law establishing borough council standing committees and their functions.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-laws may do so during regular office hours at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102.These by-laws come into force on January 1st, 2010.
