PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council, at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, adopted the following by-law:

By-law providing for the approval of the operating budget of the Société de développement commercial Wellington from January 1 to December 31, 2010, and dues.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-law may do so during regular office hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102.This by-law comes into force according to law.
