THAT, at a special borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., at the borough hall, in room 205 of the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, arrondissement de Verdun, a by-law fixing a service tax for the 2010 fiscal year will be adopted.
