REQUESTS FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (3779 RUE WELLINGTON, 7410 RUE CHURCHILL, 13-17 6E AVENUE)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
1.Allow MAS Cuisine restaurant located at 3779 rue Wellington to place the air conditioner on the rear wall instead of rooftop as required under Zoning By-law 1700;
2.Allow new dormer windows on the main building located at 7410 rue Churchill with aluminum siding on side elevations;
3.Allow the main building extension at 13 to 17 – 6th Avenue with a 0.13-metre distance from the front property line instead of 3 metres as required under Zoning By-law 1700.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 7 p.m.
