THAT a special borough council meeting shall be held on Monday, November 16, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., in room 302 of the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun. During this meeting, the borough mayor shall introduce the 2010 budget and the three-year capital expenditure program for 2010-2011-2012 pertaining to the borough.
Deliberations of the borough council as well as the question period shall pertain to these matters only.
